"i have one in mine but as im not FC i cant claim like it says on the adverts to have it filled for free. Has anyone had this done before? and ideas on price? once they fill it can you tell its there or is it more worth while just getting a whole new windscreen?"

I got a new windscreen for my first car and cost me _Ǭ£150. so cant imagine a chip been anywhere near that"

"i had a guy do one on the birds 106 which isn't FC i asked how much with a recipt and then how much without. he was a decent enough guy and did it for _Ǭ£10 which is steep considering how long it took him but still peace of mind. i'd just ask one of the guys phil says about they do it in halfrauds near me and sainsburys retail park. worst they can say is no. allthough james one thing i have noticed and i think you will in time is that cos our cars are low then the amount of stone chips you get on the bodywork and on the windscreen is absolutly massive comparing to other cars. i bet Dazzi has this aswell . "well this looks like its a big pebble has hit lower on the windscreen and then bounced up as theres a medium chip a small chip and a little mark above that in a line going up the car luckly the front end on her is ok for chips but shes not that low yet (awaiting wheels then i will drop the coilovers to suit) so i dread to think what it will be like after that! haha i may try doing that ive seen them in tesco before but its a matter of catching them when they are about as ideally i want it doing before it turns into a massive crack and costs me money for the windscreen. (yes the auto windscreen advert has brain washed me haha proof that some adverts do work!)"
