Just got my Insurance quote for the year

"all mods declared 9points and a claim 707.95!!! im well chuffed first time my insurance has been under a grand!!!!!"

"well i used that www.confused.com but the best on there was www.elephant.co.uk although to get it at that price i have to pay it as a lump sum or it goes to 800 but for the hundered quid its worth while being abit skint for one month then not having to worry about it!! as my previous quote was 1400!! which was like 120-150 a month or summit around there "

lol yeh if you put it like that it is better than a smack in the mouth but if it was like me mam or dads insurance of 120 quid for me mam and 230 for me dad and thats for the year!! now that would be much much better than a smack in the mouth

i kno theres a fella here at work hes 66 n drives a 2 litre astra. mk4 i think. n he pays £95 for the year im like WHAAT thats less than i pay each month (or was paying)

I have got my mum as a named driver on the insurance though and that brought it down somewhat have u tried putting your dad on as a named driver James? xx"

thats with him on lol n me mam haha was sick to death of stupidly high insurance costs
