No Claims?!

"Right i dont drive so i dont quite know everything i need to know yet. But i just been talking to this guy right and he only passed his test last year and he just goes to me...i have 11 years no claims! I mean im not even that slack. He said its cos his mum has 11 years no claims and dont use them and cos he a named driver on her insurance he takes em....am i wrong to say that that is NOT true?! After my rant and him finally realising i might actually know more than he thinks he said he gets double no claims cos he with Direct Line n he ""knows"" people who work there. Is this possible because i thought your no claims was a reflection of your experience not just more or less given to you. Sorry if im coming across slack and im just totally wrong but im curious."

Yeh but it doesnt mean he can use the 11 years no claims of his mums does it that's what he was saying that he could use them as in use them to make his insurance on his car cheaper or w.e

well in a way ye. you remember john babe? when he crashed his punto? he was on his mums insurance and she had over 20 years no claims? and b/c hed crashed she lost all them having to claim to get his car repaired. so in theory his mum will have the 11 yrs ncb and with him been a named driver if he crashes his mum will lose them if they claim on it b/c hes still part of that policy

"oh she was james lol. he crashed his lil 55 plate punto active sport **with me in passenger seat** b/c some goon was chasing him and when he smashed into curb and ripped his axle apart he found out it was C.I.D chasing him. his mum lost all her ncb b/c of it. "lol they only chased us b/c he cut them up at a junction and they said they was just gunna do a check on car but instead he took off lol when he crashed and we got out the clio pulled up behind us and i saw the like 15 thousand airiels on roof n thought 'oh ' but they shouldnt have had there spot lights on we get £30 fines if we do and they had theirs on. hence why we didnt think they wud be cops lol. and one of the faggots was gunna arrest me. b/c while we wa driving i kept turning round to see how far back they wa !! . didnt realise that was illegal"
