Fiesta Mk5 Zetec Turbo ( Take 2 )

Well since i was an idiot and sold my last zetec s for a french piece of S**T thought i best invest in another and start the project all over again after parting with all my parts
Anyway it is a 2000 fiesta mk5 in radiant red with 89 000 on the clock it is standard just needs some tlc.
It has been pranged into a curb and snapped a steering arm not the rack. It has also bent the end casing on the box which has jammed 5th gear. Also needs a little paint work all in all a very good base car and at a bargin price
As the weather starts to get better and the nights become lighter i will be starting to remove the engine and fabricate the engine mounts to take the zetec turbo possibly a 2.1 not decided what route yet sure foci paul will be throwing a few ideas my way
Have rented quite a large garage locally so that is where all the work will be carried out any help or ideas are more than welcome but hoping to have it ready for USC. Will get some pics up soon

will be a 2.1 pal same spec as lewiss 2.1 escort just waiting for the exact spec hes getting around 300bhp on a mild map would want an aggressive map on mine would love to break the 300bhp mark. What do you think?

Come on ben get a project on the go got a few engines at the garage you could use nice puma lump coming on saturday. You can take it down the strip but you bend it you mend it lol

that engine is in jennys puma now isnt it running over 320hp

You wouldnt need that much power as getting it down will be hard and you car will be very light compaired to an escort

No jenis was a zvh lewis put together while he was doing his full zetec then zvh went so he rebuilt it then put his head on her zvh to make it full zetec but he has now got another head. yeh jenis is pushing over 300bhp and they have had ecu problems just running a base map so when its fully live mapped it will be crazy. Lewis built a mk5 fiesta zetec for rob and that has around 280 -300bhp he had a diesel box with an lsd and it handled the power very well.
As for work paul still working for myself but training to work on the lines for network rail. What about you pal?
