Good to see that its still no1 priority.... keep up the work matey and i should be free on Sundays from july onwards so any help required let me know.... its all in the name of experience.

That Zortex exhaust had a right nice rasp to it on the 1.8 hope it sounds just as good on the 1.6 Apologies i didnt get over sunday Shaun was rather rough to say the least "i had to be driven back home the next day" was wasted.

Let me know the internal/external diameter of both ends and how long it needs to be for the exhaust pipe ill check my local motorfactors they have a big box full of pipes......
its alright now got it just guna fit it one night this week...might take some hammering!
No worries hope it goes together well..... make sure you record the sound when its fired up and ready
