Isuzu is a Japanese vehicle manufacturer and started producing there first passenger car the Isuzu Bellet in 1963, since then they have continued building passenger vehicles but over the past year they have adapted the company and are now known for building Commercial and Heavy Trucks.

Isuzu Bellet
The Isuzu Bellet, launched in june 1963 the sedan started off with a either a 1.5L OHV petrol engine or an 1.8L diesel but as time went on more different engines were avalable, a year later the Bellet GT was launched which was a 2 door coupe and was powered by a 1.6 Petrol engine, the Billet was also the first car to be billed GT (gran Turismo).
Isuzu Gemini
The Isuzu Gemini was avalable as a four door saloon or a two door coupe, it was based on the third-generation Opel Kadett in the General Motors T-car platform and was powered by a 1.3L petrol engine and was the Wheels magazines Car of the year in 1975. The gemini was replaced in 1981 by the Isuzu Piazza.
Isuzu Trooper
The Isuzu Trooper is a mid-sized SUV and was first launched in 1981 and has adapted over the year, since the launch of the Trooper there have been a range of engine sizes avalable from the first 2.6L petrol engine which at the time seemed under powered for the vehicles heavy body but this has been made up for with the latest 4.0L diesel engine.
Isuzu Panther
The Isuzu Panther is a large multi purpose vehicle (MPV) and was first launched in Indonesia in 1991, the vehicle was designed and built to cope with the rouch terrain around Indonesia however it was powered by just a 2.5L diesel engine which was avalable with a turbo-charger but still only produced 85 bhp which for the weight of the vehicle seemed hugely underpowered.
Isuzu D-max
The Isuzu D-Max is one of Isuzu's latest vehicles, this four door pickup was launched in 2002 and was first avalable with either a 2.5L TDi, a 3.0L DDi or a 3.0L TDi engine creating 114 bhp upwards, different countries sell this same truck under many different names such as the Chevrolet Colorado and the Holden Rodeo.
