MG MGA
The MGA was produced between 1955 and 1962, replacing the older T-type cars to represent a styling break from the older vehicles produced by MG formerly. A new chassis was designed for this model with the side members further apart and the floor attached to the bottom, rather than the top of the frame sections as had been previous and it used the straight-4 B Series engine driving the rear wheels through a 4 speed gear box.
MG MGB
The MGB was a sports car produced between 1962 till 1980 in order to replace the MGA. It was originally introduced as a convertible but later produced as a 2+2 seating coupe three years after its initial introduction.
MG Midget
A small sports car produced between 1961 and 1979. Essentially a badge engineered version of the Austin-Healey Sprite MKII, it kept the quarter-elliptic sprung rear axle of the original sprite and its a 948cc A-series engine with twin SU carburettors.
MG ZR
The ZR is a hot hatch model produced by MG between 2001 and 2005 and featured a number of styling modifications and performance enhancements compared to its former models.
MG ZS
Essentially a sporting family car produced between 2001 and 2005, the ZS was based on the Rover 45 Model. This model proved to be the most suitable for transforming into an MG providing double-wishbone front suspension and fully independent multi-link rear suspension. It was optimised for comfort rather than handling.
MG ZT
A high performance version of the Rover 75 executive car, the ZT was manufactured between 2001 and 2005. It had a very similar style to the 75, although with uprated springs and chassis modifications which made it a far firmer ride.
