The mini is a Brtish brand owned by the BMW group based in Germany and has been compared to the german Volkswagon Beetle . The Mini is a small car and is often considered to be an icon of the 1960s.
Its space saving designs have influenced car designs since being frist produced by the British Motor Company in 1959. The brand name Mini only became a name in its own right in 1969, previously known as Austin or Morris.

Mini Cooper
The Mini Cooper was small car produced between 1959 and 2000 for the company Mini. The original is considered an icon for the 1960’s with its space-saving front-wheel-drive layout, which allowed the majority of the floor plan of the vehicles to be taken up by passengers and luggage. It inspired a whole new generation of car makers.
Mini Cooper S
In 1963, a more powerful mini cooper dubbed the ‘S’ was developed. It featured a 1071cc engine and larger servo-assisted disc breaks. They were sold until the model was updated in 1964.
