Hi. So basically I'm, getting my first car soon (Vauxhall Corsa B) and I'm only 16 so I'm a new to all this and have a wee question about something. The car will come with a set of stock 13" steel wheels (and hub caps but they'll be gone within seconds). If I get a new set of 14-15" steel wheels with low profile tyres so that the tyre diameter is the same as when I had the 13" steelies will my insurance go up? There's also nowhere to declare it on the insurance company website I'm using? (Confused.com). There's only an option for alloy wheels. Any help would be great thanks!

P.S sorry if this topic is in the wrong section of the forums, I'm new .

Hello,

You should have any issue with the insurance .. But if you are just getting cat and when you speak to insurance see if they mention size of wheel.. And say how do you tell?? Act dumb basically..
