Was looking on ebay........ Which is the best suspension to get??

this depends on your budget and what you want to achieve. For amazing handleing but a shattered spine at every pot hole i would go for some decent coilovers. however if you want comfort and mild performance handling then maybe some performance springs and stuts would be good.

im thinking of dropping in 60mm but im getting bigger wheels soo im thinking of waiting untill i get the wheels on then see weva it needs lowering

And regards to eBay suspension be warned watch what you get I bought apex springs and they were crap !
And tried eibach ones and they were rubbish too I would go for spax that's what I'm on now and there not too bad depends i'f you want for handling or general appearance really :/ 60mm seems to be alot ! I've gone 30 front 25 bck and bottom out on every pebble in the road

18s". Bt I'm thinking of getting 21"s do u think the car will sit better on 21s

21" will look bling I think 
but adds more to weight more weight less speed IMO but I wouldn't worry to much about that I would get some what colour are you thinking gold :/
