Fiat Bravo

Car Reviews » Fiat » Bravo

The Fiat Bravo has been produced from 1995 to 2001, and is a small family car. The Bravo was launched as a replacement for the Tipo, and the Stlio. The Bravo uses the platform as the Stilo, but was launched as a much more attractive car to the Stilo.

The interior has also had a facelift. It has been designed to be much more appealing than the interior of its predecessor. There is a number of different textiles in the cabin that sets it apart from other Fiats. The instruments have also been designed to be more attractive, however, this has made them hard to read. The Bravo is surprisingly spacious for such a small car. Some drivers may find it harder to find a comfortable driving position even the steering wheel has four different positions and the seat is also adjustable for height. Rear passengers may find the Bravo a little uncomfortable due to the low seating position. This low seating position may make the lower halves of taller passengers numb. The boot is reasonably sized and this can be extended by folding the back seat down.

Fiat focussed highly on safety for the Bravo. Six airbags are fitted into the Bravo. Every model of the Bravo is also fitted with Isofix child seat mounting points. Traction control is also available as an added extra. This means the front wheels are less likely to spin on acceleration. Electronic stability is available as an option. This helps control the car if it does skid.
