Fiat Croma

Car Reviews » Fiat » Croma

The Fiat Croma is the name for two models produced by Fiat. One was produced during the period of 1985 to 1996 and the other was produced during the period of 2005 to 2011. The original model was a five door hatchback and was launched as an executive car, however, it was actually adopted into the large family car market. During 1991, the Croma received a significant facelift. The facelift included changes to the lights, bumpers and front grille. In 1996 Fiat abandoned production of the Croma and replaced it with the Fiat Marea.

The Croma was designed to be cruiser. The ride is comfortable over most surfaces and only becomes uncomfortable over extreme pot holes. The steering is light and this makes it easy to park. The seats are comfortable and adjustable, however, the seatbelts are not adjustable.

The size of the interior also makes this car comfortable. There is plenty of head and leg room for all passengers. The middle seat in the back is also a full seat and can seat an adult comfortably. The interior is also light and airy which helps the car feel even larger. There is also a large amount of storage space, so it is suitable as a family car. Each car comes with a cool box and there are lots of cubby holes in the cabin. The interior is logically designed, but there is nothing that is unique or exciting.
