Aston Martin V8

Car Reviews » Aston Martin » V8

The Aston Martin V8, (also known as the baby Aston), was manufactured from 1969 to 1989. The V8 is a 2 door coupe.

The V8 is based on the platform of the larger DB9 model. However, the shorter wheel base and the sportier set up of the V8 makes this model less comfy compared to the DB9. The seats are made from leather and have the optional extra of heated seats. The V8 is comfortable for the driver and its passengers and also includes a large 3 litre boot. The lack of rear seats results in the front being more spacious. There are a number of safety features in this model. The car is fitted with Electronic brake force distribution, emergency brake assistance, dynamic stability control, standard airbags and also side airbags. To reduce the chance of the rear wheels locking when braking, the model was also fitted with positive torque control.
