Audi A5

Car Reviews » Audi » A5

The Audi A5 is a mid size executive car that has been produced since 2007. The model was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. The A5 uses the Audi MLP platform. The A5 is the third coupe in the list of Audis.

The exterior of the car draws a lot of attention. The Audi 5 has a low sweeping roofline that blends in to the boot lid and ends in a small spoiler. The front of the model features xenon headlights and uses ultra bright daytime running LED lights. The A5 does have limited rear visibility, so the optional rear parking sensors could be a good option. The sloping windscreen pillars create blind spots that mean more caution should be taken at junctions and roundabouts. The A5 is fitted with 6 airbags, features ABS and comes with stability control as standard. There is no middle seat belt in the back for middle passengers

The interior features a wrap around effect dashboard that gives the feeling of space. However, there is little room in the back for rear passengers. Rear passengers will struggle to get their feet under the front seats. The boot of the A5 is extremely large. The divers seat is comfortable and there is a wide choice of adjustment on the seat. The seats are trimmed with materials that carry on through the whole inside of the car. The dials on the dashboard are easy to read as they are clear white and red. The dashboard is similar to the dashboard in the A4.
