The Audi TT has been produced since 1998 and is a two door compact sports car. The TT was first shown as a concept car at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1995. The model is available in two body styles, a 2+2 coupe and a two-seater roadster. The TT uses the platform the Volkswagen Group A. The model uses the same suspension layouts as the other models in the same platform group.

The Audi TT coupe is smaller than other cars in the same model range. This means there is little room inside the car for the rear passengers. The sloping roof also makes headroom room in the back almost non-existent. Rear passengers may feel claustrophobic. The boot is larger than it looks from the exterior, and can hold a large amount. The rear seats do fold down, which makes the large boot even larger. Larger passengers may find it difficult to get in and out of the TT. This is because the car sits low to the ground. The controls and displays are easy to access and easy to use. However, the red backlight does make it difficult to see the dials at night.

The TT’s mirrors offer a good rear view that makes parking easy. However, parallel parking is made more difficult because of the thick pillars that block the drivers view. The car is equipped with remote central locking. The security of the model includes an anti theft system that uses internal sensors inside the cabin. The model includes twin front and side airbags as standard. The TT also comes with traction control.
