Chevrolet Avalanche

Car Reviews » Chevrolet » Avalanche

The Chevrolet Avalanche is a four door five or six passenger sports utility truck. The model uses the long wheel base chassis of the Chevrolet Suburban and the Cadillac Escalade. The design of the Avalanche sets it apart from other pickup trucks. You can access the rear seats via a folding panel and removable rear window. This midgate feature allows the Avalanche to be changed from a six-passenger pickup with a five-foot cargo box, to a three-passenger pickup with an eight-foot cargo box.

The Avalanche is extremely comfortable for the driver and all the passengers. The precise steering makes the car easy to drive. However, size of the model can make manoeuvring difficult at times. The interior is similar to an SUV. The model comes with standard bench seating, but front bucket seats are available. You pay extra for added features such as heated front seats, and power sun roof.
