There are a number of distinctive features of Ferrari on the F430. The rear tail lights and vents echo those used on the Enzo. The models name has been etched on to the drivers side mirror. This type of styling can be found on the Testarossa. Even though the F430 features some features used in other Ferrari models, the over design of the F430 is more curvaceous and aerodynamic. The large oval shapes on the front bumper resemble the bumpers found on the Ferrari racing models of the 1960s.

The interior of the model is extremely comfortable for the driver and their passengers. There is plenty of leg and head room. The seats do not have a lot of shoulder support, however, there are deep side bolsters that help deep the driver held comfortably in place. The dominating material of the cabin is leather and this adds to the luxurious feel of the cabin.
