Smart is a German car manufacturer of very small but economical cars, they are owned by Mercedes Benz and push their sales through most Mercedes dealerships.
The original logic behind the "Smart car" was to manufacture vehicle that was easy to park, nimble to manuover through citys and economical. The car was designed with a length of 250cm which would allow two to three Smart cars fit into one car parking space.

Smart Roadster
The Smart Roadster is a two-door small two seater sports car. In 2003 to celebrate the car they launched a Brabus version of the Smart Roadster, which had a V6 bi-turbo engine that produced 215BHP, which may not sound much, however when you consider the fact that this car weighs only 840kg which gives this the same power to weight ratio as a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. This means the Smart Brabus Roadster does 0-60 in under six seconds! Both the Roadster and Roadster Coupé were sadly below their predicted sales expectations, by Mercedes which resulted in a halt of production of both models in mid Novemer 2005.
