"phil i could be wrong but iirc the 206's exhaust manifold is at the front of the engine so it wraps around under the sump so you'll have to take it off after the manifold not difficult but i thought i'd mention it to take away the suprise.. (allthough i reserve the right to be wrong) as for the braking and steering wheel judder warped discs or unbalenced wheels mine does it also Lol and the rattle on a hill could be like phil said the baffles in the exhaust.."

"well with my 206 fella ive already checked lol the exhaust is at the side of the sump. the steering judder could be discs or pads. but its a corsa and on the corsa i had it did same they aint got power steering and its just a basic steering shaft. mine rattled all time under breaking. but once it got broke into and they snapped the steering lock they also bend the steering shaft. perminantly stopping the rattle lol."
