Upgrading brakes

Well guys the disc brake conversion went really well... kinda without hitch only snapped one spanner stripped one alley key bolt which presented us with a challenge however down to Shaun in genius idea of wacking a 12mm socket over the head of the stripped bolt sorted that one... we started the job at 9am with the sun gleaming down "wow it was hot - costa del cleveleys" come 10:30ish we had finished and we where stood about eating the finest cheese and ham sandwhiches and Chicago Town pizzas whilst washing them down the a brew all prepared my Shauns mum... cant beat it.
