"thanx mate i been to the company where i gt my wheels from and had a chat with a guy there. He sent me to bms for some U-POL Super fine pads. These will take the shine off the alloys and make them ready for primaing. The total cost for all the stuff inc the wheel refurb kit comes to £26.00ish bargain me thinks. "

The black is a mat fnish and the dood said it does not need a lacquer. I thaught the same as u mate. It was only about £8 for the prima and paint so not so bad if i need some more.
