SEAT is a Spanish car manufacturer.When SEAT was first launched they manufactured and re - badged Fiat models which weren't really that much different from the original Fiat models. In 1982 SEAT
manufactured their first car with out Fiat's involvement and was called the SEAT Ronda. The problem with this was it was basically a restyled Fiat Ritmo, and this then sparked a lawsuit from Fiat
against SEAT. SEAT then highlighted all the similarities to Fiat which showed SEAT had changed a few things and so the lawsuit was dropped.
