got nabbed for speeding

well the speeding letter came today it wasent 60mph what i thought i was doing it was 69mph :o :o so if i cant find a way out of the points then think it will be six points for that speed an i already have three so i will have to drive ever so carfully now :x :x

argue it say you was sppeding but you was doing just under 60 or something

id argue it aswellask for the caiburation reportyou never knowit might not have been set or even recorded... quite a few ppl have been let off because they couldnt prove it

just spoke wiv my dads mate and he said they have to be visable... its like havin a speed camera in trees where u carnt see them .. u mite have a chance mate

In and arround manchester now they dont have to be visable anymore they can do what they like (A rule came in in august or summat) to be honest 69 in a 50 is a bit silly but Ask for picture proof of the speeding and ten also ask for the caliration of that said camera that day every mobile camera has to be calibrated in the morning before use every morning. Dont send both requests at same time dont admit or sign out. send for pics first 3 days later send a letter for calibration this way its more work and you 14days they have to proscute you will be up. take it to court then and you could get away with it.
