"Should pass an MOT as its making the most out of the engine. Usually it runs cleaner after the mapping has been improved from factory standard. And btw all dervs don't need emissons test "

thats an interesting one i never knew that dazzi as for cost it can vary from 250 - 500+ depends on car and what they do etc. as for being remapped to pass an mot i very much doubt it but as dazzi says maybe if it was a cheap remap and so was just causing the ST to overfuel then yes it would fail its emmisions test i guess? @Jack if you visit http://www.angeltuning.co.uk/ 1.2 16v “80” +8bhp / 9lb ft £195 and although 8BHP seems small it will remove any flat spots and if you have a chat with them they will be spot on and may beable to achieve more as i know dan off the Fiat bravo owners org had his 1.2 pretty dam quick. best bet is to give them a call and see what they say "
