"ok i got a quote today for 570quid!! ideally i wanted this doing before the bowling meet so can anyone recomend a cheap bodyshop that will do this job for a more reasonable price? and have any of you had this done before if so how much was it?"

I've done it before on blue fiesta. but had the tools and time to do it..so knew what was doing etc....."

"if your doin the boot popper dont buy a kit off ebay get one from a rover 820 there a lot better i had to replace the ebay one with a rover one and weld the plate lower than the surface not level like i did cos by the time you have filled etc etc its a bugger to get level.(i had 2 grind off and re-weld)

id like to have a go at it myself but dont know hwo to go about it. as i dont have a welder or the know how on fitting poppers etc plus i cant afford hundreds of pounds to have it done. "
