"ok i got a quote today for 570quid!! ideally i wanted this doing before the bowling meet so can anyone recomend a cheap bodyshop that will do this job for a more reasonable price? and have any of you had this done before if so how much was it?"

"hmm what did you need and how did you do it like fella? is i know a welder but painting etc id have to go professionally as i wouldnt have a clue where to start! (im really really bad when it comes to paint i get too carried away lol)"

"if your doin the boot popper dont buy a kit off ebay get one from a rover 820 there a lot better i had to replace the ebay one with a rover one and weld the plate lower than the surface not level like i did cos by the time you have filled etc etc its a bugger to get level.(i had 2 grind off and re-weld) thats my 2penneth anyway "

"ah im lucky the bravo has a boot popper anyway which is why i want it smoothing as i never use the key bit on the back (infact i think it may of seize up lol) and i never use my boot anyway (got 15"" sub in back) so no space for anything else in there! "

"how much would this cost idealy? as i want mine doing and relocating number plater on bumper rather than boot lid where it is (sorry for overrunning your thread james hehe) id like to have a go at it myself but dont know hwo to go about it. as i dont have a welder or the know how on fitting poppers etc plus i cant afford hundreds of pounds to have it done. "
