well not knowing puntos or other fiats too well however i do know the bravos like the back of my hand and well when that happened on a bravo it usually meant its the engine warning light is on if its flashing it means its minor and if its perminant its serious id say your best bet would be to get a fiat diagnostic done as they cost 25 quid and that will reset the light and also tell you exactly whats at fault here.other than that have you tryed an ecu reset your self? as this can sometimes cure it also

if its a newish punto you may have to have it reset with the user interface like what jsweete said they do this so you take it to them for every little last thing.

bloody fiats lol yeh it cost her 30quid to tell her that we had started the engine with out a fuse in the slot and this caused the error log to be created causing the ecu to force the engine light to flash :Swhy cant modern cars be like ur older triumphs fords or datsuns i mean if you didnt have a fuse then something wouldnt work till you replaced the fuse no arsing on with warning lights etc eeeh the modern world certainly baffles me at times lol
