"hi everyone im lucy and i drive a fiat punto i have a problem. recently a yellow light in the bottom left of the speed bit has come on at first it was flashing and now its on pernamently its a small yellow squiggle. does anyone know what this means?"

"a squiggle if its a diesel this could be glow plugs but i doubt it would be them stuck on as that'd torch your car within an hour. If its yellow then that means its not serious YET but i'd definetly get it checked out . could be low brake pad sensor or anything like that. if you could get a pic that'd be great. johny "

dont have a didgy cam hun so cant get a pic im afraid i think im going to take it to fiat on monday and see what they say but the thing is im a girl and they will probably try ripping me off i might just take it in and ask about it but il walk away and come ask you guys hehe

by any chance (knowing fiats) is it a yellow squiggle that could look like an engine?? as i know on the bravo its a yellow small engine light and this is basicly the engine warning light flashing can be that a injectors running poorly down to a plug unplugged its just a universal warning light but by the book it says your not to drive on it just go direct to your nearest fiat dealer for a fiat diagnostic if its on perminantly it can mean something more serious i believe. hope this helps

"thanks every one and you were right james fiat charged me 30pounds for a reset of something and changed my fuel pump or something in it and only cost me 70pound all together. have i been had?"

dont like fiat my mate had a 55 plate punto active sport after like 3 month gear box went they soposadly fixed it n he had probs wi it again a few days later
