Hi from Sheffield

Hi,
My name is Danny, I'm 26, from Sheffield and ever since I were born I've suffered with arthritis. For the first 22years of my life people always told me to give up thinking about learning to drive as they said I would never be able to.

Due to this I decided to modify my wheelchair instead so went to a local company that modify cars to see how they could help, they fitted me a single light underneath. After this I were hooked so I emailed the manufacturer of the light to see if they had anything else I could use on my chair. Shortly after they sent me a box full of goodies and since then I've been adding more and more.

Well one of my friends said I should give driving ago so told me to sit on their knee so they can do the pedals and I should do the steering to see if I can turn the wheel. After realising I could I booked lessons then after lessons I managed to pass my test. My first car was a Vauxhall Zafira which I got on Motability but I swap that in a couple of month for a Seat Altea XL.
