"Well well this place has got busy. Just want to say i apologise for not been around for a long long time for the best part of 4 or 5 months i was car less i got rid of the Pug stopped my insurance and turned to public transport and i have just generally been having a time out from everything spending time with the Mrs etc. MY GOD it is aweful using puplic transport packed buses waiting in the cold walking for miles to get somewhere what a nightmare but boy did i save money!! Anyway i got fed up of not been mobile so got a spare _Ǭ£300 and got a set of wheels to last me a couple of month nothing special just a 1994 Citroen ZX 1.9 Diesel gets me from A to B for the time been I'm currently saving up to get a better long term car one of two options. MK2 Ford Mondeo 2 litre Zetec or MK2 Ford Mondeo ST24 I will have either one of them by end of June so still a wait yet. Not that anyone will have missed me but im back. not as often as before but i will keep popping in from time to time. "

"haha i have been on with other things too.. the meets this Saturday isnt it? no wont be able to make it not for a few months yet pal. but i will be attending once again. Well i am (was) steering towards the ST24 that is until every insurance co. decided to tear me a new one ... so im getting the 2 litre Zetec. "

I had a st24 and i loved it are the zetecs very tunable?

"i think it depends on the engine with the zetec. there are two types i belive one u can turbo and one u cnt. im sure grant and kenny will correct me if im wrong. my cousin got a st24 and he says same he loves it fun to drive and always puts a smile on his face.. just wish the insurance co's would ease off abit . but 2 litre it is still plenty fast"

I have heard of the black top zetec's maybe the same as the rs motors.

ye i belive thats what it is the black tops you can turbo. the silver tops (or what ever ther called) you cant.
