Me and Shaun first did my Bravo a few weeks back dropped it 60mm looks awesome.... ride is a bit hard but i like it no roll round the corners and seems quicker round them although thats probably my confidence... Well we next tackled his Megane and we did the front springs and shocks as Shaun said... i left the torsion bar to him (lucky me)... Well shortly afta i did my Bravo again to put new shocks on again took me 1hr30mins on my own.... If Andrea/Dad dont manage to get the time to do them.... ill do them i have the tools including the infamous deep reach 18mm spanner for the nut on top of shock (hope Fiat havent changed the size on newer cars). Paul you should have a try youself mate it aint that hard and itll give you some good experience ill provide tools and give you a hand if needs be....

Good man.... only advice i would offer is the top nut the one you need to have a ally key and spanner to tighten..... do not tighten to much as the thread can split... like mine did (on the old ones) a night mare to get off again if that happens
