Just wondering is it possible to carry this out urself? like if i got hold of a kit how hard would it be?

(Below are good quality kits not £100 ebay stuff) Starting price is about £500 for a kit Starts at about £1000-£1500 for a proffesional conversion (4cyl car/50l) It is possible to do a DIY job but the conversions have to be added onto your insurance Therefore you would need an engineers report (based on the quality of your work) thats why pro-installations are approved registered and you get certificates etc Autogas aint that cheap £0.50 p/litre and rising If you want economy and performance the only way is diesel man!

diesel is getting even worse now mate...id rather stick to my 8valve lol

Stick with petrol at the moment see where all the fuel prices are going... Also what you on about? LPG Wtf and why??

just thinking LPG is cheaper so why not lol saves money at the end of the day dont it? whats the emmisions like on them?

LPG Conversions dont qualify for lower road tax at the moment Only factory fitted LPG does... £1500+ is the figure i hear round town for pro done-lpg conversions So average driving the conversion will have paid for itself in 1 year LPG Cars give the same perforamce on petrol On LPG the car will run slightly poorer (5%) howver you will barely notcie I can explain why if you wanted? but that would bore you
