the car still doesnt like 4000revvs. i changed my MAP sensor and my throttle possition sensor and its a little bit better but not much im now going to look at my cambelt maybe its slipped although its been lik this since the engine change so maybe the cambelt hasnt been put on right. going to change my coil pack maybe its the spark. what about the lambda sensor? what sort of symptoms would i expect from that? if thats failing. please help

Check your o2 sensor mate if this is up or not connected right it will be rich and cause her not to like high revs Have you checked you AFM?

i think he has actually sorted it now and not updated..I went to see him for bit on sunday and he said he thinks he has it right now..Him + his dad redid the cambelt and timed it proper that morninand sed he took it out for a spin and is a lot better now..well touch wood

the o2 sensor is next on my lost now mate. its all aload of things which are making it worse the MAP sensor fixed 1st and second gear and also bad souns on a cold morning the throttle position sensor stopped bouncy idling the timing let me rev past 4000 again but when its cold there is still a little hessitation so thats next on my list come next pay day
